"Update to my previous post. Mrs. Dozier herself reached out and was unaware of the situation at hand. That alone just the acknowledging the reviews says volume itself. This turned out to be poor workmanship on an employees behalf and she addressed all concerns and problems. Again that speaks volumes alone. With that being said when when it renewal time we will reach back out for pricing comparison. Hubs did get his ins renewed with State Farm and all is good to go."
